Eat This For Breakfast Every Morning And You Will See How The Fats From Your Body Disappear

If you are trying to lose weight, breakfast is certainly the most important meal of the day. When the hunger strikes around 10 or 11 AM, think about what food you pick up for a snack. According to a recent study, the best choice would be oatmeal.
The study was conducted on 36 people that consumed about 360 calories divided into three groups: the first had oatmeal only for breakfast, the second ate cornflakes, and the third group skipped breakfast and drank only water. During the next three hours, the subjects noted their satiety, and had their blood sugar and insulin levels monitored. Afterwards, they had lunch.

The results of the study showed that the first group (the people who ate oatmeal) were least hungry during morning and afternoon, and ate 31% fewer calories for lunch. Overweight people who had oatmeal for breakfast ate 50% fewer calories for lunch, confirming oatmeal’s favorable effect on people struggling with their weight. The other two groups were hungry after only three hours.

Oatmeal stays in the stomach longer than cornflakes, and this is the reason why the second group was hungry even if they ate a similar food for breakfast. Cornflakes cause a sudden spike in the blood glucose levels, but they stop and drop suddenly later.

This is only the tip of the iceberg – there are numerous studies which confirm oatmeal’s usefulness when trying to lose weight. Those 31-50% fewer calories for lunch will surely be felt and the results will be noticeable soon.

Why oats?
Oats, along with its pulp and flakes are a tasty and healthy food. They can be eaten alone for breakfast or as a side dish, supplement stew, salad or made into sweet versions. Oatmeal can even be a basis for healthy cookies.

You will feel full for a long time The fibers in the oats increase the volume of the consumed amount of oatmeal in our digestive system. They also stimulate digestion, making oatmeal a perfect food for people who are trying to lose weight.

Lowers cholesterol Oatmeal can lower the levels of bad (LDL) cholesterol in the body thanks to its healthy fiber content and the ability to bind fat. This makes oats an ideal food for preventing cardiovascular diseases and reducing the risk of heart attacks and stroke.

Lowers blood pressure Oats are one of the best food for lowering the blood pressure. The active ingredient of oats, lignan, is a vegetable fiber that can lower the blood pressure by 30%.

Oats reduce the risk of cancer According to a recent study published in the “British Medical Journal”, oats can reduce the risk of colon cancer as well as prostate, breast and ovarian cancer.
