According to TMZ, Hillair Capital Management put up more than $10 million to save the make-up line after their former business partner went belly up.
The website explains that they teamed up with a company back in 2012 to make their Khroma Beauty line.
However, a year later they were then blocked from using Khroma Beauty and changed it to Kardashian Beauty.
Now, the company has sued the trio. They said the Kim, Khloe and Kourtney refused to honour their end of the agreement which was to tweet about the brand. The company now reportedly want not only their $10 million back, but also up to $180 million for what they would have made.
