Meet The New IGP Of Nigeria, Ibrahim Kpotum Idris Appointed By President Buhari Today

The President, Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Ibrahim Kpotum Idris as the new acting inspector-general of police.

Ibrahim Kpotum Idris was the former assistant inspector-general of police as he takes over from the immediate past inspector-general, Solomon Arase who retired from office today after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 60.

The President, Arase and Idris are currently having a closed door meeting in the Asor Rock, Abuja.
