See How Wicked Pastor Was Caught Attempting To Kill and Steal a Female Church Member’s SUV in Imo State - Read Details



A church pastor in Imo state has been nabbed by the police for allegedly stealing his member’s Lexus jeep and attempting to murder her in the process.

The Imo State Police Command has arrested Pastor Delight Arinze Okorie of the Watered Ground Ministry in Atta Nnenasa in Njaba Council Area of Imo State, for attempting to murder Miss Chioma Oleka – a female member of his church, and for stealing her SUV.

The suspect who is now cooling his heels in the cell of the state Criminal Investigation Department, confessed to the crime and however blamed his action on the devil.

It was learnt that the wicked pastor had earlier told to his victim that she was being roubled by marine spirit which he said must be cast out for her to fulfill her destiny, and finally lured her to a river in the guise of exorcising the marine spirit.

Unknown to the lady, the suspect had actually perfected plans to eliminate her and flee with her SUV.

According to Andrew Enwerem, the Imo State Police Command spokesperson, while the purported deliverance session was going on, the pastor allegedly pushed Miss Oleka into the river with the intention of drowning her.

The pastor was said to have gone into the car and brought out a machete when it was glaring that the victim would survive and allegedly inflicted severe injuries on her.

The Police spokesman further revealed that when the lady passed out, Okorie zoomed off in her car with registration number: Rivers KPR 243 HF. He disclosed that policemen attached to Nwangele division on routine patrol took the victim to the hospital, where she was later revived.

Andrew said the pastor was subsequently nabbed at Orlu in the state with the lady’s car, adding that the suspect who blamed the devil for his crime, would be charged to court soon for attempted murder and robbery.
