Venezuela defender Roberto Rosales has had a solid career in Europe with the likes of Genk, FC Twente and Malaga for the past three seasons.

At 27, Rosales also has plenty of time and opportunity to impress at both club and international level.

On Saturday, the internet declared Rosales’ career over after he was taken out by a stunning piece of skill by Barcelona superstar Neymar.

Malaga produced a surprise result on Saturday, drawing 0-0 at the Nou Camp despite having two men sent off.

Barcelona dominated but could not find a way past Carlos Kameni and were, as you would expect, severely hampered by not having Leo Messi and Luis Suarez.

Neymar had a mixed match and like his MSN partners, was affected by the international games over the past 10 days.

In the second half, Neymar improved and ruined Roberto Rosales that had the Venezuelan himself lifting his hands up at the Brazilian’s skill.
