I can’t believe what i am seeing. This is so uncalled for. Enough criticism already surrounds the act of masturbation but what could be more surprising than a supposedly sane person carry out the act during his time of work even so in public on a busy road. Now I guess this truly confirms the saying KONJI NA BASTARD. The man can be seen as shown in the video using his jacket to shield the public from seeing him doing it but he neglected his right hand side where the sender perfectly captured him during the whole act.
