Breaking News: Popular Benin Mall Phil Hallmark On Fire (Photos)

Popular Benin mall, Phil Hallmark located in Sapele Road close to the roundabout, has been razed down by fire.  

Although the cause of the inferno is yet to be known, the fire has completely burnt down one part of the twin building.
