As the death toll rises to 200 as confirmed by a medical officer to reporters, a young man identified as Philip George claims he was the one who saved Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa-Ibom by sneaking him under chairs when the Building at Reigners Bible church building collapsed on Saturday. 

He also shared some gruesome photos from the scene.
