Job Description
a. As in-charge of planning, coordinating, controlling and executing all construction activities in the project
b. Attend the meetings with Client, consultant, subcontractors and relevant authorities
c. Prepare the construction plan and control the entire project
d. Ensure Heavy lifting equipments are well maintained, examined and appropriate for use and safety
e. Check the load integrity & stability, welding and surveying results are satisfactory
f. Ensure that people involved are competent for performing their task, aware of the task and procedures to be followed, and aware of their responsibilities
g. Control the supervisors in the project site
h. ensure all necessary test certificates and other documents are available
i. Ensure all other statutory requirements and any necessary work permits are in place
At least Degree or 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
– Relevant Oil & Gas offshore and onshore lifting related experience of not less than 20 years in the same are of application with 5 years in a similar position Since the project is similar to London Eye, someone who has experience with such project may be more suitable.
